The Novu Jacksonville development will be a 308-unit multifamily asset on a 15.41 acre site in the West Jacksonville submarket. The Project will be a Class A multifamily community located off of Normandy Boulevard just west of I-295, and within a short distance to major employment centers consisting of Amazon, Boeing and Wayfair. The Project will offer first class finishes in the unit interiors, resort style amenities and a full complement of outdoor living and recreation areas. The community sits adjacent to established retail, and within walking distance to Publix and Winn Dixie anchored shopping centers, quick access to I-295 and I-10, and within a short commute to downtown Jacksonville and area beaches.The community consists of eight, 3- and 4-story buildings with a clubhouse, resort-style pool, surface parking and multiple detached garages. Novu is targeting an April 2023 land purchase and construction loan closing. Novu will develop this premier project with the intention to sell when it has reached stabilized operations.
